RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is the responsibility of our customers to read our sizing guide or sizing in the description if you have any questions about the fit. If you receive an item and the sizing doesn't work for you, we will gladly exchange the item as long as the item is in stock or exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of items. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition. All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the exchange. 

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Defected or damaged items upon arrival will be issued a credit for shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or customized items.

*Once design has been approved and production has started an additional charge will be applied for any changes. Please review all proofs for grammatical errors, placement of designs and color before submitting approval.

Any personal designs sent with errors may not be caught therefore please make sure that personal created designs meet your satisfaction and is error free. We will do our best to look over work and call if we see any errors. 

How to return or exchange your purchase:

- Email us at zsccandboutique@gmail.com before making any returns. Briefly explain what you are returning and why. A return/exchange form will be sent for you to complete and return with your package.

-  Returns/Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please note shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has been determined damaged due to our negligence. 

-  Once we recieve your return, a refund or exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days.
