Shipping policy

Here at Z’s Custom Creations, we pride ourselves on speedy shipping! Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping will take place with 3-5 business days after processing of order.

Customize Orders

Customize orders are handled in order of receive and may take 7-10 business days for final production upon design approval. Once custom orders have been approved the production timeframe begins.

All orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail, unless otherwise notified. 

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. You can track the status of your order directly at USPS.COM by entering your tracking number. Z’s Custom Creations is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages or shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters or delays within USPS system.

Please confirm shipping address before submitting order. Returned packages will be charged an additional shipping fee. An email will be sent to notify customer of returned packages. 

Expedited Shipping

We do offer expedited shipping. Email us if you require expedited shipping. Additional charges will apply. Charges will be billed separate.
